Kate Fisch is a licensed clinical social worker, CEDS, and the Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations for Odyssey Eating Disorder Network. Kate holds a master’s degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. Kate brings over 19 years of clinical experience working in the field of eating disorders to her leadership role at Odyssey. Kate’s extensive knowledge of eating disorders and years of direct client care have also shaped her passion for clinical supervision, support, and development of other mental health clinicians treating individuals with eating disorders.
Kate is the founder and podcast host of Eating Recovery Academy, an online education tool for mental health professionals specializing in the treatment eating disorders. In addition, Kate founded Northside Mental Health, a private group practice in Indianapolis focusing on mental health counseling services for adolescents and adults, with specialties in eating disorders, addictions, anxiety, and depression. Over her 35+ year career as a registered dietitian/nutritionist, Tammy has devoted her clinical and leadership experience to her passion for eating disorder recovery. She has collaborated with multi-disciplinary clinical and executive leadership teams across the U.S. to create innovative nutrition programs for eating disorder treatment at all levels of care. She is the first RDN certified as an eating disorder specialist (CEDS) with the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) in 1993 and was the 1st RDN to serve as Certification Director from 2013-2017. During her service, CDR approved the CEDS certification for RDNs in June 2015, a landmark decision that validated the role of nutrition in eating disorder treatment and set the stage for Tammy to participate as one of the co-authors of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Standards of Practice (SOP/SOPP) for dietitians in eating disorders published in November 2020. As a trustworthy resource for national media and passionate mentor for eating disorder RDNs, she advocates for full recovery through the mantra of “do no shame” and enjoys her private practice through which she serves clients, clinicians, and professional organizations.

Dr. Lutter is a physician-scientist who has worked in the fields of eating disorders, depression, and anxiety since 2007. Dr. Lutter completed combined MD and PhD training followed by the Psychiatry Residency Program at UT Southwestern. He ran a research program on the genetic and neurobiological basis of Eating Disorders at UT Southwestern Medical Center and the University of Iowa before transitioning to full time clinical work in 2016.
He has published 30 original research papers, written 8 review articles, and contributed 3 book chapters. In addition, he regularly presents at national and international meetings.

Sina is a registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) and therapist (NCC) whose mission is to challenge neuronormativity and traditional eating disorder support strategies by offering compassionate, non-traditional, neuro-affirming support to clients, parents, and family members experiencing or impacted by eating disorders, disordered eating, and neurodivergence. She also offers support to clients experiencing health conditions and/or difficulty navigating the world because of their identities (i.e. Autistic, ADHDers, queer, & non-binary folks).
Sina completed a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Education in Exercise Physiology at the University of Akron while participating in collegiate basketball. She then completed a Master of Science in Animal and Nutritional Sciences and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at West Virginia University. Sina has worn many hats in her professional career, working as a sports dietitian, clinical dietitian, eating disorder specialist, campus dietitian, and clinical therapist.
Sina feels strongly about utilizing a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach with harm reduction, advocacy, and social justice being at the heart of her work with clients. Other therapeutic frameworks that influence their approach include the Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, Compassion Focused Therapy, the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), and the Neurodiversity Affirming Framework.
In their spare time, Sina enjoys researching her special interests, gardening, walking, and yoga. She also enjoys spending time with her partner and husky, Kira.

Rebecca Berg, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian, adoptee, and self-proclaimed neuroscience nerd. Based in Los Angeles, California, she is the owner of No Strings Nutrition, a weight inclusive virtual nutrition therapy practice dedicated to the thoughtful treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. Rebecca is committed to empowering her clients to notice and refute the influence of diet culture in their lives through relational nutrition counseling. She provides compassionate, realistic support to her clients and challenges oppressive systemic forces that make being in a body challenging, helping each client understand that interaction with food, body and movement are shaped by our unique individual perspectives, sociocultural factors and systems. Over the years, Rebecca has had the honor of working within treatment teams including IOP programs for both trauma and substance abuse treatment. Rebecca's professional background as an eating disorder specialist and lived experience as a domestic infant adoptee has fueled her passion for supporting clinicians and all members of the adoption constellation understand this unique intersection.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in Dallas, Texas, Kara Fowler is a registered and licensed dietitian and a licensed professional counselor who earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition from Texas A&M University and a master’s in health psychology from Texas State University. Early in her career, she lived and worked in Cincinnati, Ohio, which is where she started her learning and experience in working with people with eating disorders. She and her family returned to Texas in 2000, and settled in Round Rock, Texas, where she lived and worked for over two decades. She joined the Meadows Behavioral Healthcare team as the Executive Director of The Meadows Ranch in early 2023, and now lives in Peoria, Arizona.
Kara has had varied positions in group practices, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, and private practice in the Round Rock and Austin area. Throughout, her focus has been on working with and creating programs to support people with eating disorders and trauma-related symptoms. She has trained extensively in a variety of therapy modalities and approaches including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, DBT, attachment theory, structural dissociation, polyvagal theory, and the Meadows Model. She is also a Safe and Sound Protocol provider. Kara has been fortunate to work with many wonderful colleagues who also taught her the power of team for both the professionals and the clients.
Married for more than three decades, Kara is also the proud mother of two adult children. She loves time with family, watching comedy, listening to music, reading, and hanging out with two family dogs.

Jessica Setnick has one of the most recognizable names in the eating disorder nutrition world, thanks to decades in the field and 100s of presentations and books. Her signature workshop, Eating Disorders Boot Camp, was the first to recognize that ALL dietitians need a working knowledge of eating disorders, regardless of their practice area, and to encourage dietitians to lead the eating disorder care team. Thousands of dietitians worldwide have taken Eating Disorders Boot Camp in person and online.
