Body U is a statewide initiative from the Missouri Eating Disorders Council to screen, prevent, and treat eating disorders in Missouri. Based on 30+ years of research, Body U is an evidence-based screen for eating disorders, depression, and anxiety, which provides access to free tailored guided self-help and self-guided online interventions. Body U can be used by individuals on their on or can complement clinical care by identifying at risk individuals, providing early support, and reinforcing healthy behaviors between sessions or as a step toward treatment. aimed at promoting healthy behaviors and addressing these issues.
We offer a wide variety of programs and specialty services for children, adolescents and adults in need of treatment for emotional, behavioral or mental health issues. Our programs provide various levels of care depending on the patients’ needs. Levels of care include individual outpatient programs, family therapies, intensive outpatient programs and partial hospitalization programs. Patients and families work with our professional treatment teams to identify problems and formulate individualized treatment plans for each level of care. St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute provides services for many patient concerns, including specialized treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, anxiety and OCD, child and adolescent problems, mental health issues that accompany chronic pain, and other behavioral health issues.
Haven of Hope is a residential eating disorder care center for adult women, located just outside Memphis, TN. We specialize in treating eating disorders alongside complex trauma and attachment-related issues, with Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a foundational approach. This fall, we plan to expand our services to include PHP, IOP, and transitional housing to support a full continuum of care.

At Center for Discovery, patients have both a choice and a voice in their eating disorder recovery. Laureate is an intentionally small, not-for-profit, relationship-based treatment program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since 1989, our program has provided care for adult and adolescent females with eating disorders and their co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions. Our program is highly individualized and designed for a personalized experience, with a boutique style therapy approach that is tailored to each patient, and can incorporate all cultural and religious backgrounds. We offer separate tracks for adolescents and adults, and 40 hours per week of therapist-led group, individual and family therapy. Laureate is a relationship-based program, and we take important steps to preserve that culture, including a 1:3 patient/therapist ratio across ALL levels of care. Patients also keep the same therapist, dietitian and psychiatrist throughout all levels of care to maintain therapeutic relationships. Equip is a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program for ages 5+ across all 50 states. We are able to work with most major commercial insurances and do not have a waitlist.
